Workable
The most workable market. Licensed counterparties, and the binding obligation is disclosure under 16 CFR Part 255 (FTC Endorsement Guides, revised 2023): the commission relationship must be disclosed clearly and conspicuously, next to the link. Prefer flat fees over per-trade revenue share.
