SEC Notification KorThor 19/2565 (effective 1 Sep 2022) restricts digital-asset advertising to the operator's own official channels, requires risk warnings, requires influencers to disclose who hired them, and requires 10 days' advance notice to the SEC. The 2025 Royal Decrees make marketing targeted at Thai users, Thai-language service or THB acceptance a trigger for requiring a Thai licence. Several major venues have been access-blocked since 28 Jun 2025.
